How do I measure myself?
Each and every pair of our jeans is completely unique in shape and style, just like you! Each product listing outlines the inner leg, hip and waist measurements for the product. Please ensure you measure yourself correctly before purchasing and keep in mind that denim structure varies between jeans, from stretchy, to rigid. How long does delivery take?
We’re sure you’ll be itching for your DeMoo products to arrive, and while we will always try to dispatch them 1-3 days after purchase, please bear with us! The team all work full time alongside running DeMoo, but generally you should expect your products to arrive in 3-5 working days following dispatch. All items are sent 1st class, unless specified.
Do you ever stock the same pair of jeans?
Due to the up-cycling culture of DeMoo we rarely stock the same pair of jeans twice. The ribbon trim styles will remain constant, however the actual jeans will differ. If there’s something specific you’re after, just send us a message and we’ll get back to you!
Do your headbands come in different sizes?
All our headbands are around 60cm in size. As they are made by hand this may differ by a few mm. All headbands are elasticated so they can stretch/mould to your head shape. If you would like a custom size band, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you.
If my jeans don’t fit can I return them?
Yes of course! At DeMoo our aim is to cater to every beautiful body shape, size and style and we know that finding the right pair of jeans can be difficult. If you’re not happy with the fit of your jeans, then head to our Delivery & Returns page for more info.
I want to cancel/change my order. What can I do?
Please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we may be able to cancel or change it. If it is too late, then you will need to return the items. See our returns info here
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we can ship outside the UK! When checking out, ensure you enter your delivery address and your postal cost will automatically update. European postage starts at £10.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, customers are obliged to cover any fees incurred when returning items. If however your item is faulty and you are returning or exchanging it, then we will cover the return costs as this is our fault.
I think my item is faulty. What shall I do?If you think your item is faulty, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of your item so we can assess the issue. Please also include your name, email address, and order number in the email so we can ensure a speedy solution.
