WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE OCCASIONS WHEN YOU MAY WANT TO RETURN ITEMS. MAYBE THEY DON'T FIT OR PERHAPS YOU'VE DECIDED THE STYLE ISN'T RIGHT FOR YOU.

TO START YOUR RETURN, PLEASE USE OUR DIGITAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR HEADBANDS, UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY. IN THIS CASE, WE WILL OFFER A REPLACEMENT ITEMS OR STORE CREDIT.
  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  • ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED AND UNMARKED IN ANY WAY. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON GARMENTS TO AVOID MAKE UP OR FAKE TAN TRANSFERRING ONTO THE FABRIC. IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN UNSUITABLE CONDITION, WE MAY NOT ACCEPT IT AND WILL RETURN TO THE SENDER.
  • ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED AT THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST ARE UNABLE TO BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. THEY CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY.

FAULTY ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED AND THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
